people want to listen to, and gives some valuable remedies to use to make your

speaking voice the best it can be.

choice, participants re-examine their paradigms of effectiveness and re-focus

their energies towards better balance between production and renewal. During

the workshop, participants spend individual time practicing a six step planning

process for "putting first things first.".
